Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, anume la microbiologie, şi poate fiutilizată pentru diagnosticul bacteriologic al tuberculozei.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se propune un mediu pentru cultivarea micobacteriilor de tuberculoză cu următorul conţinut al componentelor, în g/l: dihidrofosfat de potasiu - 4,0-5,3; sulfat de magneziu - 0,067-0,2; citrat de fier amoniacal - 0,013-0,2; amestec de aminoacizi hidrolizat - 2,7-4,0; masă de ou - 666,7 ml/l; concentrat vitaminosalimentar “Ammivit” - 0,33 ml/l; glicerol - 6,6 ml/l; soluţie de 2% de verde de malahit - 6,6 ml/l; restul - apă.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în majorarea sensibilităţii mediului pentru micobacteriile de tuberculoză.
