Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу анаэробного сбраживания барды.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает предварительную нейтрализацию барды путем смешивания с щелочным реагентом и последующее анаэробное сбраживание с получением биогаза, при этом в качестве щелочного реагента для нейтрализации барды используют муку известняковую, полученную как отход от резки природного ракушечника, которую смешивают с горячей бардой с температурой 70…90ºС до pH=6…7 в количестве 5…20 кг, в пересчете на CaO, на 1 м3 барды. Процесс смешивания проводят в кавитационном режиме при непрерывном перемешивании, с последующей сепарацией взвешенных веществ отстаиванием и/или центрифугированием. Осветленную и охлажденную до температуры 33ºС жидкую фазу подвергают анаэробному сбраживанию, которое производят в расширительном и/или псевдоожиженном слое гранулированных частиц.
