Abstract

Inventia se refera la epurarea apelor reziduale, si anume la o instalatie pentru prelucrarea anaeroba a borhotului de la vinificatie, care se formeaza in urma distilarii si contine compusi organici stabili. Instalatia consta dintr-un bioreactor si un electrolizor amplasat pe acesta. Electrolizorul include un corp de forma cilindrica (14) executat din material nemagnetic si unit cu bioreactorul printr-o conducta coaxiala de transvazare (15), pe suprafata interioara a corpului (14) este amplasat un electrod (24) din aliaj de titan, conectat la polul negativ al unei surse de curent continuu, iar pe capatul superior al conductei de transvazare (15) este fixata o insertie cilindrica (23) din material izolator si un electrod concentric din otel inoxidabil (22), conectat la polul pozitiv al sursei de curent continuu, in interiorul corpului (14) pe o plasa (20) sunt amplasate corpuri (21) metalice cilindrice din material magnetic moale, un capac cu suprafata ondulata (25), iar in partea de sus este fixata o lampa UV (18) cu reflector (19).
