Abstract

The invention relates to the agriculture and may be used in biotechnology for the Panax ginseng callus "artificial seeds" production (S.A.Meyer). The summary of the invention consists in the fact, that a somatic embryoid process is proposed, which includes the root explant callus Panax ginseng production and the viability maintenance of it on the Murashige-Skoog medium with the biological active substance supplement by cultivation transplantation on fresh medium each 4-5 weeks, the callus transfer on the medium, which supplementary contains epibrasinolid as the embryogeny stimulant in the concentration of 10-6- 10-5%, the callus cultivation within 40-60 days with a photoperiod of 16 daylight hours and 8 dark hours, the transfer of it on the Murashige-Skoog medium with a macro- and microelement reduced content, on which the somatic embryoids appear after 75-90 days of cultivation. The technical result of the invention consists in the maintenance of the Panax ginseng callus unbounded capacity to produce the somatic embryoids efficient to generate viable plants. Claims: 1
