Abstract

The invention relates to dentistry, particularly to dental implantology, and can be used for fixation of bridge prostheses using implanted supports.According to the invention, the claimed method consists in that it is performed the surgical step with local anesthesia and introduction of 4…10 implants, after an osteointegration period for the lower jaw of 3…4 months, and for the upper jaw of 6…8 months, it is installed a gum shaper for a week, then it is made a silicone imprint, it is poured a plaster model, into which are introduced implant analogs, into which are screwed plastic tubes, afterwards are cut the plastic tubes according to the shape of the dental arch and the height of dental occlusion with the formation of technological channels in the corresponding model of the introduced implants. It is modeled a bridge prosthesis of wax, it is separated into segments corresponding to the implants, then according to the wax model is made a metal analog, are installed the segments of the bridge prosthesis on the appropriate implants and are interconnected by means of cold welding. The prosthesis is coated with ceramics or composite material, or other decorative material, it is fixed to the implants through the technological channels by means of screws, and the said channels are filled with filling material. At the same time, after the placement of plastic tubes, in the region of the front teeth are modeled individual plastic abutments with metal base, which are previously modeled of wax, and then the abutments are fitted for the plaster model. After obtaining and fixing the metal segments by means of cold welding, additionally the front group teeth are fixed by cementation.
