Abstract
Изобретение относится к области микробиологии, в частности к биохимической идентификации термофильных кампилобактерий видов Campylobacter jejuni/coli.Способ идентификации кампилобактерий видов C.jejuni и C.coli осуществляется путем постановки теста гидролиза гиппурата натрия и дополнительно тестов усвоения Д-малата и пропионата, вид при этом определяется на основании комплексного учета результатов тестов гидролиза гиппурата натрия, усвоения Д-малата и пропионата.Способ позволяет повысить точность идентификации кампилобактерий, проявляемой в увеличении количества правильно идентифицированных культур от 79-81% до 97-98% и в уменьшении соответственно количества диагностических ошибок.
