Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul microbiologiei, şi anume la identificarea biochimică a speciilor de campilobacterii termofile Campylobacter jejuni/coli.Esenţa invenţiei constă în montarea concomitentă a testelor hidrolizei hipuratului de sodiu, asimilării D-malatului şi a propionatului, specia identificându-se prin analiza complexă a rezultatelor celor trei teste.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în sporirea exactităţii identificării speciilor Campylobacter jejuni/coli, manifestat prin creşterea cotei tulpinilor corect identificate de la 79-81% până la 97-98% şi micşorarea respectivă a erorilor diagnostice.
