Abstract

The invention relates to microbiology, in particular to biochemical identification of the thermophilic kampilobacteria of the Campylobacter jejuni/coli species.Method for identification of the kampilobacteria of the C. jejuni and C. coli species is carried by formulation of the hydrolysis hippurate sodium test and complementary assimilation tests of the D-malate and propionate, the species by this is determined on the basis of the complex account of the hydrolysis hippurate sodium tests results, the D-malate and propionate assimilation.The method permits to increase the precision of the kampilobacteria identification, developed by increasing the quantity of the identificated cultures from 79-81% to 97-98% and accordingly decreasing the quantity of the diagnostic mistakes.
