Abstract
Inventia se refera la receptoare de radiatie cu racire pentru masurarea fluxurilor slabe de radiatie din diapazonul de lungimi de unde milimetrice si submilimetrice.Bolometrul contine un criostat, în care este amplasat un element sensibil, la care este conectat un dispozitiv de înregistrare si un dispozitiv de înalta tensiune cu impulsuri. În calitate de sursa frigorifica a criostatului se utilizeaza azot lichid. Elementul sensibil este executat dintr-un semiconductor în forma de fir monocristalin din telurura de plumb cu conductibilitate de tip p cu diametrul de 5...20 µm.
