Abstract
Invenţia se referă la receptoare de radiaţie cu răcire pentru măsurarea fluxurilor slabe de radiaţie din diapazonul de lungimi de unde milimetrice şi submilimetrice.Bolometrul conţine un criostat, în care este amplasat un element sensibil, la care este conectat un dispozitiv de înregistrare şi un dispozitiv de înaltă tensiune cu impulsuri. În calitate de sursă frigorifică a criostatului se utilizează azot lichid. Elementul sensibil este executat dintr-un semiconductor în formă de fir monocristalin din telurură de plumb cu conductibilitate de tip p cu diametrul de 5...20 µm.
