Abstract
Invenţia se referă la receptoare cu răcire pentru radiaţie infraroşie şi poate fi aplicată în spectroscopie, radiometrie, geofizică şi astrofizică.Bolometrul conţine un criostat de heliu (1) în care este amplasat un element sensibil supraconductor (2) la care este conectat un dispozitiv de înregistrare (4). Noutatea invenţiei constăîn aceea că în criostat (1) este amplasatunregulator de temperatură (3), iar elementul sensibil supraconductor (2) este executat dintr-un semiconductor, de exemplu, din telurură de plumb dopată cu taliu Pb1-xTlxTe, unde x = 0,01…0,0225.
