Abstract
Invenţia se referă la receptoare de radiaţie cu răcire pentru măsurarea fluxurilor slabe de radiaţie din diapazonul de lungimi de unde milimetrice şi submilimetrice.Bolometrul supraconductor conţine un criostat de heliu, în care este amplasat un regulator de temperatură şi un element sensibil, executat dintr-un semiconductor supraconductor, la care este conectat un dispozitiv de înregistrare. Elementul sensibil este executat în formă de peliculă monocristalină din telurură de staniu dopată cu galiu Sn1-xGaxTe, unde x=0,01...0,0225, obţinută prin depunerea materialului semiconductor supraconductor pe un substrat de fluorură de bariu BaF2.
