Abstract

Invenţia se referă la uleiurile lubrifiante, în particular, la domeniul regenerării uleiurilor de motoare uzate.Procedeul prevede tratarea uleiului de motoare uzat cu un adsorbant argilos activat, uleiul fiind tratat prealabil cu un adsorbant acvahidroxocomplex timp de, cel puţin, 15 minute la temperatura de 50-70°C cu o doză de 2-3% din volumul uleiului, dupa ce uleiul înălbit este purificat definitiv cu un adsorbant argilos activat. Adsorbantul acvahidroxocomplex este obţinut prin tratarea cu var a soluţiei-mamă acide, separate în urma activării acide a argilei, până la obţinerea unei paste cu valoarea pH-ului de 4-4,5 şi termoactivarea ei ulterioară la temperatura de 130-140°C.Rezultatul tehnic al procedeului propus constă în reducerea conţinutului de cenuşă, indicelui alcalin şi în ameliorarea capacităţii de lubrifiere a uleiului regenerat.
