Abstract
The invention relates to the lubricating oils, particularly to the generation of the waste motor oils. The process foresees the waste motor oil treatment with the active clayey adsorbent, for that the oil is preliminarily treated with the aquahydroxocomplex adsorbent during not less than 15 min. at the temperature of 50-70°C and a doze of 2...3% from the oil volume, after that the illuminated oil is prerelined by means of the active clayey adsorbent. The aquahydroxocomplex adsorbent is obtained by treating it with the acid mother liquor lime separated after the acid activation of the clay till a pasrty mass obtaining with pH 4...4,5 and subsequent thermal activation thereof at a temperature of 130...140°C.The technical result of the proposed process consists in reducing the ash content, alkalineamount and improving the lubricating ability of the regenerated oil.
