Abstract

The invention relates to dentistry, particularly to dental implantology and can be used for minimally invasive, early installation of intraosseous dental implants.According to the invention, the method is carried out in two stages, where in the first stage are removed the affected teeth, in 4…8 weeks after the complete healing of the gum is carried out the orthopantogram, then with a graduated dental cutter is penetrated without revolutions the gum and the alveolus contents, with dental cutters of different sizes is prepared the socket for the implant so that the diameter of the last cutter may be 1.0…1.5 mm less than the diameter of the implant, it is determined the depth of the socket, the determined value is compared with the orthopantogram data, on the basis of the obtained data is chosen a screw-type implant, the implant, in the absence of single-rooted teeth, is installed in the center of the alveolus, in the absence of lower molar teeth is installed in the posterior alveolus of the jaw and in the absence of upper molar teeth - in the palatal alveolus, the implant is installed by means of a dynamometric key of a force of 35…50 N/cm so that it may 1.0 mm tower above the gum, then it is tightened the closing screw, afterwards for prophylactic purpose, during 5…7 days is administered an anti-inflammatory therapy and is complied with the antiseptic regime of the oral cavity, and in 3…4 months after the installation of the implant for the lower jaw and after 4…6 months for the upper jaw is initiated the second stage consisting in that is detached the gum above the closing screw by means of a miniincision, then the screw is removed, with a force of 10…15 N/cm is screwed a gum former, which after 2…3 min is removed, is determined the correctness of its installation, afterwards into the implant cavity with a syringe are injected 0.1…0.3 ml of Levomecol ointment and is reinstalled the gum former.
