Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, particularly dentistry and can be used for dental implantation by transalveolar access with maxillary sinus floor elevation.Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the orthopantomogram, then with the help of the electronic dentimeter it is determined the height of the residual bone, according to which it is selected the implant penetrating the maxillary sinus not more than 4 mm, it is carried out the retroalveolar radiologic examination and it is determined the place of introduction of the implant, with the sword cutter by piercing the fixed gum it is drilled the bone without decollement of the mucoperiostal flaps, then the site of the implant is prepared with cutters of different diameter, depending on the bone density and the diameter of the selected implant drilling is ended with a cutter having the diameter by 0.5...1.5 mm smaller than the diameter of the implant, it is drilled up to the contact with the cortical layer of the maxillary sinus floor and appearance of the sensation of vibration, afterwards with a concave osteotome with the apex diameter equal to the diameter of the implant apex by dosed strokes with the help of a hammer it is fractured the sinus floor without lateral condensation of the residual bone, it is determined the integrity of the sinusal membrane by the Valsalva method, then after filling of the formed cavity with blood it is screwed the implant with the dynamometric switch so that its upper part may be situated intraosseously 1...2 mm under the cortical layer of the alveolar process, afterwards it is carried out the radiologic control.
