Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, в частности к способу микроразмножения растений Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni in vitro.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает получение эксплантов, их стерилизацию, сегментацию и культивирование на питательной среде Мурасиге-Скуга, содержащей дополнительно стероидные гликозиды, полученные из корней баклажанов Solanum melongena L. путем экстрагирования кипящей водой, обработки полученного экстракта бутанолом-1 и концентрирования, в концентрации (2,5…3,0)·10-3%, при этом культивирование ведут при температуре 22…26°C, относительной влажности воздуха 70%, фотопериоде 16 и 8 часов день и ночь и интенсивности освещения 3000 люкс.Результат изобретения состоит в увеличении соматического эмбриогенеза и регенерации растений.
