Abstract

Invenţia se referă la derivaţii acizilor tiofenocarbonici, precum şi la obţinerea eterilor C1-C4-alchil ai acidului 5-clor-3-clorsulfonil-2-tiofencarbonic-semiproduse pentru sinteza remediilor medicinale. Scopul constă în majorarea randamentului produsului cu destinaţie specială şi simplificarea procesului. El se petrece prin clorurarea în poziţia 5 a eterului corespunzător al acidului indicat cu ajutorul clorului (care se îndreaptă în cantitatea vantului), CH2Cl2, CHCl3, CCl4 sau amestecul lor la temperatura 20-40°C în prezenţa fierului metalic activat. Ultimul se capătă prin prelucrarea fierului metalic cu clor (cantitatea de fier 1-10 mol pe mol al eterului iniţial) în 0,5-5,0 l de dizolvant CHCl3, CCl4, CH2Cl2 sau amestecul lor (cantitatea de clor 100-500g pe mol de fier) timp de 1-5 ore la temperatura de 10-40°C sau prin deţinerea fierului timp de 12-48 ore la temperatura de 0-50°C în atmosfera cromului. Afară de aceasta este mai bine de efectuat activarea fierului în suspensia dizolvantului cu clor gazos cu evidenţa raportului unui mol al eterului iniţial şi suspensiei 0,2-0,4 mol de fier în 1-3 l de CH2Cl2, CHCl3, CCl4 sau mol de fier timp de 2-3 ore. Procesul de clorurare a eterului se efectuează până la formarea compusului monoclor cu concentraţia 50-70%, controlând procesul prin cromatografie gazoasă. Produsul obţinut conţine compus monoclor cu o concentraţie de până la 94,6%.
