Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologia microbiologică, în special la obţinerea substanţelor biologic active, care pot fi utilizate în medicină, industria farmaceutică, textilă, cosmetică şi alimentară.Procedeul propus include centrifugarea suspensiei de alge timp de 10-15 minute la 5000-7000 rot./min., spălarea masei celulare, uscarea la temperatura de 105°C, cântărirea până la o masă constantă, în care pentru spălare se foloseşte acetatul de amoniu de 1,5-2,5%.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în determinarea conţinutului real de masă biologică de Porphyridium cruentum şi înlăturarea prin solubilizare a sărurilor inerte de Ca2+ şi Mg2+ .
