Abstract

The invention relates to trainers designed for doing physical exercises and can be used in sports and fitness centers, patient care institutions and at home.The trainer comprises a support platform (1) and a stationary support, made in the form of two tubular elements (2), joined by a crossbar (3); from the end of the support platform (1) in the tubular elements (2) are made longitudinal slots (7). The trainer also comprises a sliding beam (4) with a length fixing device (6), rigidly attached to the crossbar (3) and placed in a plane parallel to the plane of the support platform (1). At the free end of the sliding beam (4), made with a bend (11) in the direction opposite to the location of the stationary support, is placed a lock for the legs (5) in the form of a crossbar. The support platform (1) with the help of connecting elements, freely conceded through the longitudinal slots (7), is fixed on movable rod supports (9), mounted inside the tubular elements (2) of the stationary support and spring-loaded at least from the end of the lock for the legs (5).
