Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tehnica electronică şi poate fi utilizată pentru confecţionarea termoelectrozilor pentru generatoare termoelectrice.Materialul termoelectric anizotropic pe bază de bismut, conform invenţiei, constă din bismut dopat cu staniu, unde concentraţia staniului constituie 0,155% at., totodată materialul este confecţionat în formă de microfir în izolaţie de sticlă de molibden.
