Abstract
:Invenţia se referă la industria materialelor de construcţie, îndeosebi la producerea clincherului de ciment. Scopul invenţiei este asigurarea controlului pirometric în ramurile schimbătorului de căldură. Materialul din materii prime de ciment intră printr-o conductă de încărcare în nodul schimbătorului de căldură, de unde fluxul de material este avansat în conducta de descărcare a schimbătorului de căldură al altei ramuri pentru gazele de evacuare. Fluxurile de material din materie primă trec printre nodurile schimbătoarelor de căldură ale ramurilor de evacuare a gazelor, totodată materialul din materii prime se încălzeşte din treaptă în treaptă. După ultima treaptă de încălzire preventivă în nodul schimbătorului de căldură fluxul de material din material prime intră prin conducta de încărcare în reactor, unde materialul se decarbonizează. Din decarbonizator materialul este avansat înapoi în două fluxuri aparte în corespundere cu pomparea gazului de evacuare şi nimereşte prin separator în cuptorul pentru ardere. Clincherul ars este răcit în frigider.
