Abstract

The invention relates to the galvanotechnic field, namely, to the nickel-phosphor alloy electrodeposition onto the steel, copper and alloys thereof and may used in the machinery and radiotechnic engineering, radioelectronics. The summary of the invention consists in the fact that there is proposed the electrolyte for nickel-phosphor alloy electrodeposition, which contains nickel chloride, sodium acetate, sodium hypophosphite and brightener sodium di-thio-bis-benxoldisulphonate at further components ratio, g/l:The alloy electrodeposition is realized at current cathodic density of 0,5-3 A/dm2, 40-70°C, at pH 4,2-5,2.The technical result consists in thebright coatings of nickel-phosphor alloy obtaining, possessing the high microdurability.
