Abstract

The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for growing sugar beet.The process, according to the invention, includes the presowing treatment of seeds and plants in the phase of leaves closure in the rows and the phase of leaves closure between the rows with 0.001% aqueous solution of [Co(DH)2(PP)2][BF4]·2H2O, where DH- -deprotonated dimethylglyoxime residue, PP - nicotinamide, treatment of plants being carried out with a consumption of solution of 200…250 L/ha.
