Abstract
Invenţia se referă la derivaţii pentapeptidelor, în special, la compuşii pentapeptidici, care manifestă o acţiune inhibitoare asupra sintezei ADN şi asupra vitezei mitotice în regenerarea ficatului, de asemenea asupra sintezei ADN şi creşterii liniei de celule maligne ale hepatomei in vitro şi in vivo.Derivaţii pentapeptidelor cu formula generală I:în care X1, X2 şi X3 fiecare reprezintă independent OH sau NH2, cu condiţia că X2 şi X3 ambii nu reprezintă NH2; sau X1 reprezintă OH; X2 reprezintă NH2 şi X3 reprezintă OH; sau X1, X2 şi X3 fiecare reprezintă independent OH.
