Abstract

Изобретение относится к области фармацевтики, а именно к способам получения препаратов с противовоспалительным действием, предназначенных для лечения доброкачественной гиперплазии предстательной железы, связанной или не связанной с хроническим простатитом.Способ получения активного комплекса из личинок Lymantria dispar, согласно изобретению, включает выращивание насекомых Lymantria dispar до 4-го возраста в контролируемых условиях на стандартизированной среде, содержащей, г/кг: пшеничную муку 80-95, кукурузную муку 82-87, сухую растительную массу 110-120, сухое обезжиренное молоко 2,5-3,5, пчелиный мед 17-19, глицерин 10-12, пинобанксин 0,01-0,02, пиноцембрин 0,01-0,02, ацетат цинка двуводный 0,03-0,05, очищенную воду остальное, замораживание личинок при температуре -18°С, промывание личинок, первичное измельчение, лиофилизацию, измельчение при температуре -55°С, упаковку и хранение активного комплекса при температуре -18°С.Технический результат изобретения состоит в повышении количества биомассы с более высокой биологической активностью и содержания цинка и протеиногенных аминокислот, в том числе незаменимых.
