Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la cultivarea submersă a tulpinii de fungi Lentinus edodes (Berk.) Sing. CNMN-FB-01, producătoare de biomasă care poate fi utilizată pentru fabricarea preparatelor medicamentoase cu proprietăţi curative şi nutraceutice.Procedeul de cultivare submersă a tulpinii de fungi Lentinus edodes (Berk) Sing CNMN-FB-01 prevede inocularea materialului semincer în cantitate de 10% v/v pe mediul nutritiv, care conţine, g/L: NH4NO3 0,20, KH2PO4 1,30, MgSO4·7H2O 0,35, tris(2,6-dimetil piridindicarboxilat-1kONO)-di-µ-(izotiocianato-1,2kN)-(diizotiocianato-2kN)bariu(II)cobalt(II) 0,005-0,015, malţ de 5° Balling restul, şi cultivarea la agitare continuă la temperatura de 28-30°C în decurs de 144 de ore.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în reducerea ciclului de cultivare cu 48 de ore şi sporirea producţiei de biomasă.
