Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de obţinere a materialelor nanostructurate, în particular la tehnologia de producere a reţelei de nanofire, care pot fi utilizate la confecţionarea senzorilor de gaze şi altor dispozitive microoptoelectronice.Procedeul de obţinere a reţelei de nanofire de CuO-Fe2O3 pe suport de sticlă include degresarea suportului de sticlă, dispersarea pe suprafaţa lui a particulelor de fier şi de cupru, oxidarea termică în aer, într-o sobă electrică, la temperatura de 425°C timp de 4 ore cu rata de creştere a temperaturii în sobă de 40°C/min.
