Abstract

The invention relates to detectors with a moderate cooling on the metal-insulator junction for the infrared radiation and can be used in the fields of science and technology, requiring the measurement of infrared radiation fluxes.Bolometer on the metal-insulator junction contains a moderate temperature cooler (1), on which is placed a sensitive element (2), made of an ordered manganite with colossal magnetoresistance, made as a superlattice with a very small period and as a multilayer structure (La0,5Ca0,5MnO3)n/(LaMnO3)n, where n=1, 2 represents the thickness of one monolayer expressed in unit cells of perovskite type. To the sensitive element (2) is connected a recording device (3). The sensitive element (2) is located in a magnetic system (4), connected to a power supply (5).
