Abstract

Inventia se refera la receptoare cu racire pentruradiatie infrarosie si poate fi aplicata in spectroscopie, radiometrie, geofizica si astrofizica. Bolometrul contine un criostat de heliu (1) in care este amplasat un element sensibil supraconductor(2) la care este conectat un dispozitiv de inregistrare (4). Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca in criostat (1) este amplasat un regulator de temperatura (3), iar elementul sensibil supraconductor(2) este executat dintr-un semiconductor, de exemplu, din telurura de plumb dopata cu taliu Pb1-xTlxTe, unde x = 0,01…0,0225.The invention relates to receivers with infrared radiation cooling and can be applied in spectroscopy, radiometry, geophysics and astrophysics. The bolometer contains a helium cryostat (1) in which a superconducting sensitive element (2) is located to which a recording device (4) is connected. The novelty of the invention consists in the fact that in the cryostat (1) a temperature regulator (3) is located, and the superconducting sensitive element (2) is executed from a semiconductor, for example, from the lead telluride doped with Pb1-xTlxTe thallium, where x = 0.01… 0.0225.
