Abstract
The invention relates to the cooled radiation detectors for measurement of low radiation fluxes from the millimeter and submillimeter wavelength range.The superconducting bolometer comprises a helium cryostat, in which is placed a temperature regulator and a sensing element, made of superconducting semiconductor, to which is connected a recording device. The sensing element is made in the form of a monocrystalline film of tin telluride doped with gallium Sn1-xGaxTe, wherein x=0.01…0.0225, produced by deposition of the superconducting semiconductor material on a substrate of barium fluoride BaF2.
