Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în particular la un mediu nutritiv de cultivare a tulpinii de fungi Fusarium gibbosum CNMN-FD-12 producător de proteaze, xilanaze şi β -glucozidaze şi poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea preparatelor enzimatice hidrolitice complexe.Mediul nutritiv, conform invenţiei, conţine în % mas.: făină de porumb 2,0, făină de soia 1,0, CaCO3 - 0,2, (NH4)2SO4 0,1, în calitate de biostimulator compuşi coordinativi ai fierului (III) [Fe(H2L1)(H2O)2](NO3)3·1.5H2O] sau [Fe(H2L2)(H2O)2](NO3)3·5H2O 0,0010…0,0015 şi restul apă.
