Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la un procedeu de cultivare a tulpinii de fungi Trichoderma koningii CNMN-FD-15.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede obţinerea suspensiei de spori a tulpinii crescute timp de 12…14 zile pe un mediu de malţ-agar înclinat, adăugarea în condiţii sterile a nanoparticulelor de ZnO cu dimensiunile de 29 nm în concentraţie de 0,005% cu agitare în decurs de 1…2 min, inocularea suspensiei într-un mediu nutritiv în concentraţie de 10% vol. şi cultivarea submersă la temperatura de 28…30°C cu agitare continuă la 180…200 rot/min în decurs de 240 ore, totodată mediul nutritiv conţine, g/L: tărâţe de grâu - 2,0, făină de soia - 1,0, CaCO3 - 0,2, (NH4)2 SO4 - 0,1 şi apă potabilă restul.
