Abstract
Invenţia se referă la farmaceutică, şi anume la minigranule cu eliberare prelungită a trimetazidinei, în care faza internă constă din dihidroclorură de trimetazidină aplicată pe un nucleu neutru şi un liant, şi stratul extern cuprinde un agent de întârziere, un antiaglomerant şi un plastifiant.Minigranulele, conform prezentei invenţii, asigură o eliberare treptată şi susţinută pe parcursul a 24 de ore a trimetazidinei la o concentraţie plasmatică eficientă terapeutic şi o disponibilitate a trimetazidinei la o concentraţie plasmatică eficientă terapeutic la scurt timp după administrare.Invenţia dezvăluie de asemenea un procedeu de fabricare a minigranulelor şi utilizarea acestora în tratamentul profilactic al anginei pectorale, al tulburărilor corioretiniene, precum şi în tratamentul ameţelilor de origine vasculară.
