Abstract

Invenţia se referă la chimie şi medicină, şi anume la utilizarea unui compus coordinativ din clasa tiosemicarbazonaţilor biometalelor în calitate de antioxidant şi poate găsi aplicare în medicină în calitate de substanţă, care inhibă sau încetineşte esenţial procesele de oxidare ale moleculelor organice în organismul uman.Esenţa invenţiei constă în utilizarea în calitate de antoxidant a di(µ-S)-bis{(4-aminobenzensulfamid)-cloro-[2-picoliden-4-feniltiosemicarbazidato-(1-)]-cupru(II)} cu formula:Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în stabilirea la compusul dat a activităţii antioxidative, care depăşeşte de 33,3 ori activitatea Troloxului şi de 1,6 ori caracteristicile analoage ale celui mai activ antioxidant sintetic care conţine un fragment tioamidic - derivatul cumariltiazolului.
