Abstract
Invenţia se referă la producerea oţelului, în special la instalaţii de producere a oţelului şi la procedee de producere neîntreruptă sau cel puţin ciclică a oţelului.Instalaţia şi procedeul includ în cazul topirii neîntrerupte a oţelului cel puţin primele trei etape şi în cazul topirii ciclice a oţelului toate cele cinci etape din următoarele: topirea neîntreruptă sau cel puţin ciclică a materialelor de încărcare în cuptorul electric cu arc (10); materialele de încărcare, care conţin bucăţi mărunţite de fier vechi (71), mărunţite în sistemul de mărunţire (40) a fierului rebutat (70) şi/sau a fierului vechi (71), fierului redus direct (DRI) şi/sau fierului brichetat fierbinte (HBI), sunt încărcate neîntrerupt sau cel puţin ciclic în timpul procesului de topire în cuptorul cu arc electric (10) cu ajutorul dispozitivelor de transportare (50, 51); o parte din oţelul lichid se descarcă neîntrerupt sau ciclic din baia cu oţel lichid a cuptorului electric cu arc (10); din energia termică, ce se elimină în procesul de topire din cuptorul electric cu arc (10), cu ajutorul generatorului de energie (30, 31, 32), se generează energie electrică neîntrerupt sau cel puţin ciclic în procesul de topire; sistemul de mărunţire (40) atribuit cuptorului electric cu arc (10) se alimentează neîntrerupt sau cel puţin ciclic cu energie electrică generată continuu de generatorul de energie (30, 31, 32) în timpul procesului de topire.
