Abstract
The invention relates to the field of propulsion engineering and can be used in the manufacture of internal combustion engine pistons.The internal combustion engine piston comprises one or more compression rings (4), each mounted in an annular groove (3). The grooves (3) are made on the side surface of the head (2) of the piston (1) and are separated by shoulders (5). In the head (2) of the piston (1), along its axis, symmetrically, on the length occupied by the grooves (3), are made blind channels (7), which intersect with the base of each groove (3) and communicate with them and with the combustion chamber.
