Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia de maşini şi poate fi utilizată în mecanismele rotative cu sarcini radial-axiale cu valoare permanentă şi variabilă, de exemplu: turbine, pompe, cilindri etc.Lagărul de alunecare radial-axial cu sistem de ungere autonom constă dintr-un corp cilindric (6) cu nervuri de răcire şi capace (7a, 7b). Pe axul (1) imobil sunt fixate un taler portant (2) cu palete verticale (4). Pe suprafaţa portantă a talerului (2) este amplasat cu interstiţiu un impulsor (5) cu locaşuri (23) pentru lichidul lubrifiant, unit rigid cu corpul (6), care este executat rotativ, dotat cu o fereastră de observaţie (18), un orificiu de alimentare (17) cu lichidul lubrifiant şi un orificiu de scurgere (19). Pe suprafaţa interioară a impulsorului (5) sunt executate canale verticale (10), care comunică cu canale arcuite orizontale de jos (9), la intrarea cărora sunt fixate palete de angrenare (11), şi cu un canal inelar distribuitor de sus (28), la care sunt racordate tangenţial canale arcuite orizontale de sus (12), ce comunică cu orificii străpunse înclinate (13), care comunică cu camera cu lichid lubrifiant. Pe suprafaţa superioară (21) a impulsorului (5) este fixată o placă inelară de ghidare (14), cu formarea unui interstiţiu inelar, în care este amplasată o placă inelară de deviaţie (15), fixată pe ax (1).
