Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de control al vânzării produselor prin intermediul maşinilor automat, care prevede identificarea vârstei cumpărătorului, şi poate fi utilizat, în particular, la vânzarea produselor din tutun şi a băuturilor alcoolice. The invention relates to a method of controlling the sale of products by means of automatic machines, which provides for the identification of the buyer's age, and can be used, in particular, for the sale of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages.
Sunt cunoscute diverse modalităţi de rezolvare a problemei de prevenire a vânzării produselor minorilor, care necesită un control şi autorizaţie adecvate, conform legislaţiei naţionale. Este cunoscut un procedeu de vânzare a produselor prin intermediul maşinii automat, care într-o anumită măsură rezolvă problema autorizării vânzării produselor restricţionate minorilor, conform căruia, procesul de vânzare este controlat de un sistem, care efectuează determinarea vârstei cumpărătorului şi emite un semnal de permisiune a vânzării produselor controlate unui adult şi de interzicere unui minor. Procedeul de vânzare a produselor se realizează după cum urmează. The product sales process is carried out as follows. The buyer chooses the product that interests him and inserts the payment in any authorized form (coins, banknotes, credit cards, etc.) into the receiving device, clicking the appropriate buttons confirms the choice and inserts the document that identifies him with the date of birth into the aperture provided for this. The system, by performing a series of operations, with the help of the calendar contained in it, calculates the age of the buyer. Depending on the age, the execution device receives the command to accept the money and deliver the product or return the money to the buyer [1].

Cel mai apropiat după esenţa tehnică de procedeul revendicat este procedeul de vânzare a produselor restricţionate prin intermediul maşinilor automat, care constă în verificarea vârstei cumpărătorului, care doreşte să cumpere produsul restricţionat minorilor.
