Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de regenerare electrochimică a electrolitului de fierare oxidat şi poate fi utilizată în producţia galvanică pentru restabilirea pieselor uzate ale maşinilor şi mecanismelor.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include reducerea electrochimică selectivă a ionilor de Fe(III) până la Fe(II) prin prelucrarea electrolitului în condiţii de flux pe catod volumic poros penetrabil, totodată în calitate de catod volumic poros penetrabil se utilizează nichel spumat cu grosimea de 0,5…1,5 cm, mărimea porilor de 0,25…1,00 mm şi suprafaţa specifică de 1000…6000 m2/m3, cu suprafaţa interioară a porilor modificată cu aliaj de nichel-reniu, aplicat prin depunerea chimico-catalitică dintr-o soluţie, conţinutul reniului în aliaj fiind de 10…12% mas., iar în calitate de anod se utilizează titan, placat cu dioxid de ruteniu. Procesul de reducere electrochimică selectivă a ionilor de Fe(III) se efectuează în condiţii de recirculare a electrolitului cu viteza fluxului prin catod de 1…2 L/m2·s şi densitatea catodică specifică a curentului continuu de 10…20 A/dm2.
