Abstract

The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to the production of a cellulase-amylase complex which can be used in animal husbandry as a means to improve the assimilation of food rations.The process for the production of cellulase-amylase complex includes submerged cultivation of Aspergillus niger CNMN-FD-10 fungus strain on a nutrient medium in the following component ratio, g/L: sugar beet pulp - 10.0; starch - 10.0; wheat bran - 20.0 ; KH2PO4 - 1.0; CaCl2·2H2O - 0.1; MgSO4·7H2O - 0.3; NaNO3 - 2.5; water up to 1.0 L, at pH 6.0, during 168 hours, after cultivation the culture liquid is separated from the biomass by filtration or centrifugation, the cellulase-amylase complex is separated from the culture filtrate by sedimentation with rectified ethyl alcohol and centrifuged.
