Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, şi anume la un procedeu de majorare a acidităţii active a vinurilor seci.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede electroliza vinului la un raport al densităţii curentului electrozilor de cel puţin 100:1, totodată electrodul cu densitatea curentului mai mare este utilizat în calitate de catod, în decursul unui interval de timp T, după care electroliza se efectuează cu polaritatea electrozilor opusă, în decursul unui interval de timp de cel mult 0,01T.
