Dispozitivul de utilizare a energiei de franare la autovehicule contine un mecanism de transmitere a momentului de rotatie amplasat intre flansa articulatiei cardanice (13) si flansa arborelui pinion (12). Mecanismul de transmitere a momentului de rotatie consta dintr-o roata de curea de actionare (15), in interiorul careia sunt amplasate un disc (6) si o flansa (5), fixate, respectiv, de flansa articulatiei cardanice (13) si de flansa arborelui pinion (12) prin bolturi flotante (8), pe capetele interioare ale carora sunt fixati sabotii (10) cu garnituri de frana (11) cu posibilitatea contactarii periodice cu roata de curea de actionare (15). The mechanism of transmission of the rotation moment consists of a drive belt wheel (15), inside which are placed a disc (6) and a flange (5), fixed respectively by the flange of the cardan joint (13) and by the flange of the sprocket shaft (12) by means of floating bolts (8), on the inner ends of which the clogs (10) are fixed with brake linings (11) with the possibility of periodically contacting the drive belt wheel (15). The drive belt wheel (15) through the belts (4) is connected with the belt wheels of two electric generator motors, which are coupled with a battery.
