Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la microbiologia clinica si poate fi utilizata pentru diagnosticarea microorganismelor de genul Mycobacterium. Se propune o baza pentru prepararea mediilor nutritive pentru cultivarea microorganismelor de genul Mycobacterium, care contine: sulfat de magneziu, citrat de sodiu, dihidrogenofosfat de potasiu, acid glutamic, hidroxid de sodiu de 20%, alaun de fier si amoniu, glicerina si apa distilata in urmatorul raport al componentelor, in % masa:sulfat de magneziu 0,25…0,9citrat de sodiu 0,25…1,5dihidrogenofosfat de potasiu 4,5…25,0acid glutamic 4,5…20,0hidroxid de sodiu de 20% 1,5…3,5alaun de fier si amoniu 0,01…0,1glicerina 8,0…35,0apa distilata restul.Se propune de asemenea un procedeu de obtinere a bazei sus-mentionate, care include dizolvarea in apa distilata a sulfatului de magneziu, citratului de sodiu si dihidrogenofosfatului de potasiu, incalzirea solutiei pana la temperatura de 90°C, dizolvarea in ea a acidului glutamic si adaugarea hidroxidului de sodiu de 20%, racirea si dizolvarea in solutia obtinuta a alaunului de fier si amoniu si a glicerinei, cu sterilizarea ulterioara la o presiune de 0,5 atm, timp de 15 min.
