Abstract
Inventia se refera la mijloacele de protectie a suprafetelor metalice de coroziune, in particular la solutiile pentru transformarea produselor de coroziune. Solutia, conform inventiei, contine acid ortofosforic, fero-(III)-hexacianoferat(II) de zinc, acid tartric, acid oxalic, apa, avand pH 12,3, componentele fiind luate in urmatorul raport, in g/L:acid ortofosforic 5…10fero-(III)-hexacianoferat(II) de zinc 30…40acid tartric 5…15acid oxalic 3…5apa restul,totodata se utilizeaza acid tartric, obtinut la dizolvarea tartratului acidde potasiu din vin si/sau sedimente de drojdie, si/sau vinasa, si/sau tescovina dulce ńu solutie de acid ortofosforic de 10…20% cu filtrarea ulterioara; precum si fero-(III)- hexacianoferat(II) de zinc, obtinut din deseurile cleioase vinicole prin alcalinizarea albastrului de Berlin cu solutie de hidroxid de sodiu de 2…5%, epurarea prin electroflotare a solutiei si introducerea unei cantitati stoichiometrice de sulfat de zinc, cu filtrarea sau centrifugarea ulterioara. Rezultatul consta in majorarea eficacitatii procesului de formare a acoperirii anticorosive.
