Abstract

Invenţia se referă la dispozitivele de încărcare a instalaţiilor pentru prelucrarea materiei prime ce conţine carbon şi poate fi aplicată în instalaţiile pentru prelucrarea deşeurilor menajere şi industriale, în special a materialelor din plastic.Dispozitivul de încărcare (1) a instalaţiei (2) pentru prelucrarea materiei prime ce conţine carbon este executat în formă de coloană verticală fixată pe instalaţie (2), ce conţine trei camere, amplasate consecutiv una sub alta, o cameră de încărcare (3) şi două camere ermetice (4, 5), evazate în partea inferioară şi separate una de cealaltă şi de instalaţie prin închizătoare (6, 7, 8) cu mecanisme de acţionare. Dispozitivul (1) de asemenea conţine o conductă de gaze (9) cu circulaţie forţată prin camera din mijloc, în circuitul căreia este instalat un răcitor (10) de gaze, iar capetele ei sunt înzestrate cu clapete (13, 14).
