Inventia se refera la procesele de depunere galvanica a metalelor, si anume la un procedeu de regenerare a electrolitilor uzati de la nichelarea galvanica si poate fi utilizata in industriile constructiei de masini si constructiei de aparate, precum si pentru acoperirile de protectie-decorative galvanice. Procedeul de regenerare a electrolitilor uzati de la nichelarea galvanica include prelucrarea cu peroxid de hidrogen de 30?33% si cu dioxid de titan dispersat, filtrarea si introducerea ulterioara a adaosurilor functionale initiale. Totodata, regenerarea se efectueaza timp de 30?60 min, la iradierea electrolitului cu raze ultraviolete cu o lungime de unda de 200?400 nm si o intensitate de 30?50 J/cm2.The invention relates to the processes of galvanic deposition of metals, that is to a process of regeneration of the electrolytes used since the galvanic nickel and can be used in the industries of the construction of cars and the construction of devices, as well as for the protective-decorative galvanic coatings. The process of regeneration of the electrolytes used from the galvanic nickel includes the processing with hydrogen peroxide of 30? 33% and with titanium dioxide dispersed, the filtration and the subsequent introduction of the initial functional additions. At the same time, the regeneration is carried out for 30 to 60 minutes, at the irradiation of the electrolyte with ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 200? 400 nm and an intensity of 30? 50 J / cm2.
