Abstract
1. Способ переработки растворов, содержащих цветные металлы, осаждением гидратов цветных металлов с помощью магнийсодержащего осадителя, отличающийся тем, что перед осаждением гидратов цветных металлов из растворов, водную пульпу магнийсодержащего осадителя подвергают предварительной обработке (карбонизации), при которой упомянутую водную пульпу осадителя продувают углекислым газом под давлением 0,1-0,5 МПа и температуре не более 20-25°С в течение 10-30 мин, затем водную пульпу осадителя фильтруют, а фильтрат, являющийся раствором - осадителем, направляют непосредственно на упомянутую операцию осаждения.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что содержание магния в растворе после предварительной обработки магнийсодержащего осадителя составляет 5-20 г/дм.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что содержание цветных металлов в растворах, поступающих на операцию осаждения, составляет 1,0-30 г/дм.4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что степень осаждения цветных металлов из растворов составляет 70-90%.5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что на операцию карбонизации подают сточный раствор после осаждения цветных металлов, предварительно обработанный известью.6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что растворы, содержащие цветные металлы и поступающие на операцию осаждения, имеют различный анионный состав, например, сульфатные, хлоридные, сульфат-хлоридные, нитратные растворы.1.
