Abstract
The invention relates to metal galvanic deposition processes, namely to a process for regenerating spent galvanic nickel plating electrolytes, and can be used in the machine-building and instrument making industries, as well as for protective decorative electroplates.The process for regenerating spent galvanic nickel plating electrolytes includes treatment with 30...33% hydrogen peroxide and dispersed titanium dioxide, filtration and subsequent introduction of initial functional additions. At the same time, the regeneration is carried out during 30…60 min, at the electrolyte irradiation with ultra-violet rays with a wavelength of 200...400 nm and an intensity of 30...50 J/cm2.
