Abstract

Inventia se refera la metalurgie, si anume la producerea si prelucrarea metalului lichid.Dispozitivul gurii de vant pentru introducerea mediilor gazoase sub un strat de metal lichid contine un bloc cu locas din material refractar, in care este incorporata o bucsa, formata din niste tevi metalice coaxiale, avand pe partea prevazuta pentru introducerea in metalul lichid cel putin un canal de lucru central si cel putin un canal de lucru inelar. Aceste canale de lucru sunt unite separat cu niste racorduri pentru debitarea mediilor gazoase in metal. Tevile metalice coaxiale constau dupa lungime din doua sectii imbinate reciproc de diferite diametre, prima dintre care are un diametru mai mic si este destinata pentru debitarea mediilor gazoase in metalul lichid, iar a doua are un diametru mai mare si este unita cu niste racorduri pentru debitarea separata a mediilor gazoase in canalele de lucru ale primei sectii. Sectia a doua contine o teava metalica suplimentara si este executata numai cu canale de lucru inelare, teava interioara a careia este inchisa la ambele capete si este umpluta cu material refractar, iar jocurile canalelor de lucru inelare ale acestei sectii formeaza capilare pentru metalul lichid.
